A simple tracing…
A simple tracing looks so darn cool when it’s Jordan. This is Jordan with a pony tail… Her teacher traced her and Jordan added the brown decorations. I dig the spiky hair:

Hi Jen,
We’ve exchanged messages on Sammy’s Friends and I really appreciate your support. I wanted to let you know that I think your blog is amazing, Jodan is amazing and I love coming here to see what she is up to and to see how your family deals with things. I’m going to have my son tommorow and I’m mostly excited but a litte nervous, but reading your blog and seeing the pictures of your happy, beautful girl, makes me feel so much better. Thank you for sharing her story, it means so much and you do so in such an honest and genuine way.
All the best,
Melanie
P.S, the video of her dancing and singing by the monuments makes me tear up, it is so beautful to watch, all I see is a beautiful, content, little girl with the world in front of her and that’s what I want for my son. Thank you
Melanie! Good luck tomorrow. I look forward to seeing the pictures and welcoming your little one into the world. I’m keeping this blog going to show families that a limb difference can’t stop our kids. I’m so glad Miss Jordan’s stories help you. When she was born I craved stories and connections and found Sammy’s Friends, Baby Center and this blog. Please let me know if there’s ever anything I can do for you!! Enjoy that little one. I miss that tiny, cuddly baby phase – although Jordan has held onto some of that cuddliness almost 4 years later.
