What a weekend!

I probably have multiple posts to do about this weekend… But first, I need to present to you our medal winning runner from this weekend’s St. Louis Kids’ Fun Run. Jordan got to race in the 2-4 year old 50 yard dash race:

Every kid won… And it was so great to see Jordan’s excitement with the experience. Parents were allowed to run with their kids… But Jordan wouldn’t let me join in. She had to do it on her own.

Jordan wore her medal at breakfast this morning and brought it to school to show it off to everyone. Her brother was super big and ran in the half-mile race. It was a fun experience and I loved finding a chance to show the kids how fun it can be to run in a race. (I ran in the St. Louis Marathon Relay with three friends the next day. I scored a really cool medal.)
